Here's how it works:

• Rate. Each time you read someone else's stuff, be sure to rate it for funniness, using our rating system of one through five ZUGZ.
  
  
  
• Win! Each month there is a standing competition to become The Funniest Person in the World. And all ZUG contributors can enter into special competitions to win real cash and prizes!

What makes a good prank?

The best pranks are clever, creative, and (most importantly) funny. The best pranks leave everyone laughing in the end -- including the people who were pranked. If you're still laughing about a prank several years later, that's a good prank. Or you might just have brain damage. Either way, it's funny.

We don't encourage pranks that involve vandalism, property damage, or rabid monkeys. When walking the line between "mean" and "funny," take the side of "funny." Funny is your friend.

The greatest pranksters abide by this philosophy of pranking. Don't prank the weak and helpless, when you can prank a powerful corporation or celebrity. Topple that crown on the king's head. Don't go small; think BIG.
