The GigaCleanse™ Diet: Complete Instructions

You will need ingredients for three mixtures: saline rinse, colon cleanse, and lemonade. The total cost of the 10-day diet should run less than $100, or $10 a day.


Saline rinse ingredients:
2 tsp sea salt (I used Celtic brand)
1 quart warm filtered water
Heat water in the microwave, stir in salt until it dissolves, then drink. Stay near a toilet for the next hour.


Colon cleanse ingredients:
8 oz filtered water
1 tbsp colon cleansing supplement (such as Bowtrol)
Mix, hold your nose, and drink.


Lemonade ingredients (one day supply):
8 oz fresh-squeezed lemon juice (about 3-4 lemons)
8 oz Grade B organic maple syrup
1 tsp caynenne pepper
11 cups filtered water
Mix in quart-sized container, and sip throughout the day.




DAY 0:
The day before the diet, write your affirmations on a piece of paper. Repeat them for ten minutes in the morning, and ten minutes at night, breathing deeply with eyes closed. Also, repeat your affirmations ten times throughout the day. (Don't skip this step!)

DAY 1-7:
Start your morning with ten minutes of affirmations, breathing deeply with eyes closed. Follow this with the saline rinse. After the salt water passes, make your lemonade drink and sip it throughout the day, mentally repeating your affirmations whenever you take a sip. Spend ten minutes at night repeating your affirmations, breathing deeply, eyes closed.

DAY 8-10:
Follow routine for days 1-7, but add the colon cleanse drink before going to bed.

DAY 11:
Coming off the fast, be sure to drink only fruit juice for the first day. As tempting as food sounds, your body is not ready to handle it yet.

DAY 12:
Today you can add in clear broth and fresh vegetable soup.

DAY 13:
This is the perfect time to change your eating habits: focus your diet on fresh fruits, vegetables, seeds, and nuts. Avoid meats, sweets, carbs, and alcohol. Get plenty of exercise. Your body and your mind will thank you!
