Indefinite conclusions from your protein studies are a thing of the

past, now with the introduction of NITROGLO! PerkinElmer Life

Sciences bring new light to reliable quantitation of S-nitrosylated

(also known as S-nitrosation) proteins with a proprietary technology

designed to make your research easy. With its proven track record,

NitroGlo is the key to unlock the mysteries in your protein

research.

NitroGlo offers total convenience in a single kit--everything you

need to detect S-nitrosylated proteins such as H-ras and creatine

phosphokinase. Analyze tissue samples, protein mixtures or purified

proteins easily and with reliable results. This simple assay

followed by gel electrophoresis and chemiluminescent imaging creates

a fingerprint of the protein as never seen previously.

With your protein marked, its YOUR turn to make your mark on

science! PerkinElmer's NitroGlo allows your science to go where it

has never gone before now.

PerkinElmer Life Sciences is your single source for proprietary

NitroGlo technology as well as a wide range of reagents and

instrumentation for all your research needs.

For a limited time, order a NitroGlo kit and receive 20% off! Just

ask for promo code NITRO. Offer valid through March 31, 2002!

Isn't that how it always is, they're trying to sell you something that detects S-nitrosylated proteins, while I need something that detects the cognate corrinoid proteins produced by a specfic enzymatic methyltransferase.

I study protein samples that are contained in DD bras very intently, but find that usually I'm not allowed to take a biopsy.

Ok, weird:

Subject: Apology from BioMetNet

Last week you may have received one or more copies of an e-mail sent by BioMedNet on behalf of PerkinElmer Life Sciences. These e-mails were sent out because of technical difficulties with our internal BioMedNet system. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.

I am so lucky. My internet provider is a small, somewhat local company and I MIGHT get one piece of spam a month. If any.
