This years nominations for the most coveted GABBY Award, the award for "Being deranged enough to make GAB very interesting from time to time with their antics, yet still managing to get away with living normaly (despite popular opinion) by the rest of society" are....
Microcube, The Rockin' Donkey, Mr. Gecko, The Maharashi, Cap'n Stuby, Tavis, Rat Eating Garbage Man, Elvis, Kenshin, and myself, Demon Disciple.
The Award will be presented by last year's winner, Pee Pee the Sailor Man, but that's to come a little later. First we're pleased to annouce that the tied for "Best Know-It-All" between Ford Prefect & Squemish, was settled peacefully backstage when squemy respectfully swallowed ford whole.
Also, The Award for "Most Tolerant", after much debate, goes to Ded_Freex for playing CS with us, but more importantly for putting up with The Maharashi in real life for christ knows how long.
In other news the police were required backstage to make an arrest after a brawl errupted. It Seems that Manhattan Fever was jumped backstage, after recieving the "Most Amusing Drug Addict" Award, by a one Crackbeer, in a fit of jealousy. The fight turned viscious when Mr. Scooter Brown jumped in, whom upon seeing crackbeer, assumed they were having a free-for-all to determine the winner for "Poster dropped on his head most as a child". Everything was cleared up afterwards, and the police were able to escort both crackbeer, and scooter from the premises.
Crackbeer was charged with assault, and was returned to the mental facility from whence he came, while scooter brown was extradited to georgia to stand trial for 812 counts of statutory rape on on 16 girls, 3 young boys, a hunter AND his two hound dogs, and a Coleridgeatoo. Nobody was available for comment at the time.
Also, we regret to inform you, that despite the recent flooding of the board, Mike Moon has managed to somehow hold onto the award for "Most Futiley Annoying SOB".
Now, here to present the award for "Best Medicated Gabbers", give a warm round of applause for the previous winners of this relatively new award, Bonky, and The Dirty Vicar.
Vicar : *Clears throat* And the winner this year, by a landslide, was Dead Robot!
*camera pans to the QTA table where Evil Panda, Declan McManus, and Therlin are the only one's who haven't run from Postbear's psychotic rampage over who Frost-ing knows what, and as he walks toward the camera and unzips his fly, cursing like, well, Pee Pee the Sailor Man, The camera blacks and the screen goes to the Technical Difficulites message*
