Fart humor
A comedy conversation

Last night, the baby was in very good spirits, laughing at nearly everything I did. We did the peek-a-boo, we did the Chris-Elliot-as-Marlon-Brando "banana" song (a favorite), we did the "airplane" game where he spits up in my face while being held up in the air. It was like being a standup comic at a home for the mentally retarded. I couldn't go wrong.
Then -- joy of joys! -- we had a breakthrough moment. I made a fart noise with my lips, and for the first time, he cracked up.
I was proud. Oh, I was so proud. My son is becoming a man.

Your brand of humor offends me and is counterproductive to the goals and aims of this message board. My puritanical views of religion and morality dictate that the word "fart" is gateway humor, beginning innocently but leading to harder and more lethal humor such as saying the word "poop" or "caca." I cannot stand by and watch you singlehandedly destroy the marvelous tapestry of humor GAB has created with your puerile sense of humor.
I request...nay, DEMAND that you cease all attempts at humor dealing with farting and change the swearbot to replace all instances of "that word" with a suitable and ESRB-approved substitute.

Point #2:
Your comparison of your son's sense of humor to those in a home for the mentally disabled are patently and grievously offensive to my sense of humanity and dignity. You show no respect for humna beings who, while having the bodies of adults, retain the crippled mental capacities of infants. To utilize such a horrible disease showcases your penchant for sinking to the lowest levels for a cheap laugh.
Mr. Hargrave, YOU disappoint me with your spiteful attitude towards those very same people whose innocence and naivety bring a sliver of light to the inky darkness of the evil world.
Please retract your statement and institute a rule that bans the use of the mentally handicapped in ALL future posts.

In my apoplectic fit of rage, I misspelled "human."
Please forgive my transgression, but CORRECT YOUR OWN IMMEDIATELY.

I gotta pull out my old George Carlin albums. I remember one routine where he was riffing on farts that had me rolling around on the floor, tears spilling from my eyes.
The comedy affected me like that, I mean. Not the farts. Though that would have worked too, I suppose.

Stoob, that sucks.
Someday the piss-sipping evildoes will be forced to regurgitate all their ill-sipped humor in a flood of yellow delight!

Maybe there should be just one identity per ip. I suppose even then a determined person could use a proxy to create a new identity, though.
