Meaning, 10+lbs over.
I am.
Who else? There is a point to all this, in the end.

the weight chart dosn't cover people of my height.
I'm currently trying to lose the last bit of fat left over from last summers crazy workout routine. the problem is that I put on muscle just as fast as I lose fat, so its hard for me to drop weight.
I'm goin for a goal of 200 lbs. I'm at 220 right now.

6' 190lbs. -ish.. I don't have a scale so I can only weigh myelf when I visit my Dad. I'm always around 190 give or take 5, with differing fat to muscle ratios. Med-high on the muscle-end right now, for me anyways. But I knocked off a chunk of my upper thigh while rolar blading (or rather, while failing to do so) on sunday, so i'm gonna be lazzy for a couple of weeks.

I put on 20 pounds in about 6 months. It freaked my Shakespeare out when it happened because I had been the same size more or less since junior high.
Now I'm just depressed and pissy about my body and never want to go anywhere or do anything with the boyfriend anymore.
Someone told me whenever someone gets married they put on at least 10 pounds and, while I'm not married, I've been living with the boy for 14 months now and we deep fry...EVERYTHING.
So what IS the point of depressing me, Cryo?

No beer, pizza, sangwiches, pasta, or--and this is the worst for chingchongcharlie me--no rice. On the upside: bacon, butter, beef.
The gummint sez I should weigh 170. At 170 I'll look like one those people Pol Pot threw in a hole. I'll be happy at 190.
