Do "town names" count?
There's a "Goobertown" in Arkansas...
There's a "Bald Knob" in Arkansas...
And a town in Missouri called "Knob Lick" (I Shakespeare you not)

Speaking of LAPD, I always thought Stacy Koon was an appropriate name for one of the cops who bootFrosted Rodney King.
I once met an RCMP constable whose last name was Officer. That makes him Constable Officer. You could informally address him as Officer Officer. This is extra-funny to anyone who remembers Jackson Davies' character from The Beachcombers: Constable Constable.

One from the family:
My father was born not long after his family came to Canada from Denmark. His parents wanted to use traditional Danish names to remember the old country. One tradition there is to give a child their grandmother's maiden name as a middle name.
Thankfully for him, they mentioned it to some English-speaking neighbours who convinced them that Gunnar Bang wouldn't be the best name.

Favourite hockey player names:
Duke Wellington
Max Quackenbush
Per Djoos (pronounced like "pear juice")
Larry Playfair (used to get tons of penalties)
John Madden
Ray Kinsella (If you build it, he will come...)
Howard Hughes
Dr. Randy Gregg, M.D. (Yes, a real doctor. If you tried to make a movie about a hockey-playing doctor, producers would tell you to get lost with that far-fetched nonsense)
...drum roll for my all-time favourite:
Jean-Luc Grand-Pierre. Grand in French means large. Pierre is French for Peter. The kicker is that he's black.

Because I'm Canadian, I need to enter an American's name and adress for the Chi Chi's salsa contest.
I plugged "Ben Dover" in Yahoo's people finder. There's one in San Francisco. Heh. Unfortunately there's no address with it, so I'm going with one of the many Ben Dovers in Georgia, in honour of Trae.
