The first law of thermodynamics states the following:
Conservation of Energy, (U): The heat (q) and work (w) associated with a process are interrelated ∆U=q+w. Any change in the energy of the system must correspond to the interchange of heat or work with an external surrounding.

From this we can determin that Trae (T) is directly associated with heat (h) and work (w) with the following equation. ∆T=h+w.
Applying this situation to the current situation would mean that Trae needs to be hot enough and do enough work "on an external surrounding" to generate a "change" in "the system". Thereby restablishing her l33t status and pleasuring^wshowing John and Jay that she is a very valueable member of the community and deserves her previous status.
