Personal favorite Fight Club quotes:

Not so much movies you need to watch. Some of them, frankly, are awful. I'm just looking for the ones that inspire the quotes that get tossed around here.

Why don't you like Fight Club Puggy? Once you get over the gratutious violence in the fights, it's actually a very positive and thought provoking movie. Perhaps you should read the book to get a better understanding of the movie instead of looking at it so superficially.

Um, I read the book of "Fight Club" before the movie ever came out. And I think the movie effed it up pretty royally. Not that it wasn't fairly faithful, but the way the movie presented it a lot of people missed the point. As soon as they went into the Project Mayhem stuff it just lost focus. The satire got muddled. A lot of people came out of there wanting to start actual fight clubs, when the final message was just the opposite.

So while it was an okay movie, I don't like what it's come to represent for lots of people.

And Lloyd, you just made me want to touch myself with the Spaceballs. I thank you. (Little Jane thanks you, too)

Dirty Work. (For lines like, "Note to self: Blow up dolls not as good as advertised" or "Note to self: Get wart cream for this giant wart on my ass.")

So, what are the quotes that come from those movies (Eraserhead especially) that get used on this site all the time?

"They're chickens. Little ones! big as your fist!"

Or did someone perhaps not read the start of the thread?

That's the only part I ever read.
