I only remember a few months ago when poofoo was supposedly over visiting ringworm and her "estranged" husband (I use that term loosely) was pissed because she was at another man's house and not with him. That's what I was greeted with the other day on IM. I immediately thought that HS and PF had come to some sort of agreement and things were working out. Then he tells me he snatched his daughter after "tricking that Frost-ing whore". All I could think of was what his daughter must have thought as she was taken away from her crying Mother.



I was speechless. As a single Mother I can't find any thing good to say about that. If it was me, he would be in jail so fast his head would spin. Using a child as a pawn or as a tool of your anger is one of the most damaging things you can do. What you may or may not realize is that EVERYTHING YOU DO affects the life of your child. No child is "too young" not to remember feelings, occurences or situations. Ultimately if this keeps up as it is going, the real loser will be the child.



I've enjoyed talking to you up until now - HS. I have nothing more to say and I truely hope that you find the help you need and the wisdom to seek ways to be a better parent and father.

On a serious note, I go to school with this girl. A few years ago, her parents were going through a really really messy divorce, and she ended up attempting suicide by swallowing a bunch of pills. Thankfully she was unsuccessful, and it freaked her parents out enough to settle things in a better way.



I'm relatively new, and I don't know HighSoci or the mother of his child, but maybe the best thing for their daughter right now is to leave her with a grandparent or neutral third party while the parents work things out.

I read many cases in the paper of childern being given to mothers, and then being beaten/abused in the mothers homes. NeepyLioness will be able to attst to this- cases like James Whakaruru, "lillybing" and Olmpia/whatsername Jetson, and the latest one where the stepfather murded the daughter while on "P" being examples. The last one is the best example. I would keep my child away from drug users, hell even heavy drinkers (especially?) if I thaught that he/she was being threatend. There comes a time where it is wrong to do nothing- and for all I know HighSoci was in that position- do you know any better?

Ok, now that leaves me with the reason why I went about getting my daughter the way I did..... let's see... maybe becauase me and Angie had an agreement on what days each of us would get the child and I have never once kept her from getting her. This was the third time she kept her from me and this time it was for 3 damn weeks.

There are the two main points that prove I didn't kidnap my own child. It wasn't against her will since all I have heard since I have had her back is.. "I love you so much daddy" and she is so happy. If she didn't seem to be happy and didn't want to be with me, then I wouldn't have taken her to begin with because my best intrest is in it for the child and not for me or for Angie. Second it shows that I have not had any legal rights or custody to the child provoked and therefore just took my child the best way I could since her mother was keeping her from me.

That is the point... we did have all this already settled and talked about and then she just ups and takes her away from me for no reason for three weeks and would have been longer if I wasn't able to get her. I tried calling her, she would just hang up or not answer. I would try coming over to see my daughter and to make sure she was alright and she would call the police on me. Like I already stated, I don't want to keep my daughter from her mother, but I sure as hell don't want her mother pulling this crap again and me not being able to see her again at all. I would rather take my chances in court (which I have a great shot if not guranteed to getting custody).

I just spoke with my atty and he said you have little or no hope in retaining custody of the child after apprehending the child with less than honorable means. Should you decide to use the excuse that you believed the child to be in danger - then as a parent and a citizen it is your responsiblity to report the child endangerment.



Earlier you stated that it is a civil matter and the police do not get involved.



An auto accident is usually a civil matter - why do we involve the police? For an impartial document of the occurence.



Also - you may have already commited a crime. Slander.



This thread is actually admissable and most likely will be used as evidence of your slander. A slanderous person that takes possession of a child with subterfuge is very unlikely to get any custody. Also - should your soon to be ex wife contact some women services charities - she can most likely get a grant for an attourney.

The bitch had the toy um er.. kid and wouldn't give it back...



Soci was in time out wanted the kid back but she wouldn't give it to him..

I was there for "certain threads." The fact that you really think that our descriptions were an accurate play by play of what went on that night is delusional. You held that night over her head for months and hounded her on this board until she decided to abandon it. I was there for the whole thing. My mother has shown more flesh at church than she did that night, and there are still caches of those picture around to prove it.

Sorry Tim, but you were not there. The only ones there during that was David, Angie, and my daughter. As far as me holding it over her head is a bunch of bull.
