Most American high schools do a prom their senior year. My school lets juniors and seniors go, and underclassmen can go as dates.

Sorry. Seniors are 12th graders (final year of school before college), juniors a grade below that, and underclassmen are 10th and 11th graders. Usually seniors are 17-18.
