ok so how about all the pics have to be submitted through a moderator, that way the moderator can choose whether or not its suitable or not. or they could only award picture rights to people with a pre-determined amount of clickies so that herds of noobs wont fill up all the server space and then promptly leave. just look how sites like faceparty deal with picture submissions, users get their pics cleared with admin after about 48hours and then they get put on the profiles, that sort of thing would work well here i.e. no porn

I think it should be needlessly complicated. In honour of the AT&T prank, there could be a picture of a telegraph and a Morse Code chart. Users have to click the telegraph appropriately (say, for example, B = "- . . ." and Q = "- . - -") to see pictures of people whose names begin with that letter.



Or maybe it could be an etch-a-sketch and you have to draw a picture of what you think the person looks like, before it shows you the picture.

2 Ideas:

1. Sheet music style, with each letter being on an individual note.

2. Set it up like a jukebox, with the letters of the alphabet listed with their ordinal number (a=1...z=26, boobs, tats, art etc have higher numbers) and a little number keypad where you have to type in the number for the page you wanted. This would select a record from the jukebox which would have the pictures for that letter on it. There would be a backwards/forwards button to select the previous or next record.
