Of course, I won't be celebrating July 4th, but I have an idea for all you Americans!
Have a party where everyone has to dress up as a signer of the Declaration of Independence! During the party, you can have them sign a big "Declaration of Independence."

1. Get large stockpile of baked potatoes.
2. Get bonfire
3. Get huge heap of fireworks.
4. Play Smoketag. Each team of 3 has a color of smokebomb, which they will place in one anothers designated spots, the "Goals" represened by a green dot on the map. First one to use up all the bombs on fresh spots with no other bombs win.

I'm in California, we catch fire when we burn ants in our antfarm, fireworks are out.
There are displays all over the bay, but in my whole life, I have seen little change in the fireworks displays, what's up with that?
