My friend got one around her belly button then got knocked up and it did get larger but not weird. Then when she lost the weight it went right back to normal.

My secretary has a sun tattooed around her belly button and her pregnancy didn't change it a bit. It looked exactly the same, even when her belly stuck out a foot.
