I'm happy to announce that our own Chi-Chi, a.k.a. Mr. Seth Macy, will be officially taking over approval of ZUG articles and suggestions. Many of you know that he's been updating caption contests and other features on the ZUG homepage over the past few months, and has been doing a fantastic job. For instance, we no longer have front-page capcons that run for seven or eight years. Everything is funnier. Everything is better.
Having Chi-Chi oversee article/suggestion approval will hopefully speed up the process, reduce waiting time, and get more funny stuff out there more quickly. This is a big step forward for ZUG, since it will free me up to make some exciting new changes to the site. We're really enthusiastic to have Chi-Chi filling this role, especially since he's such a funny writer in his own right.
Our new publishing schedule will be as follows:
Monday: Chi-Chi article
Tuesday: Chi-Chi commentary
Wednesday: Chi-Chi point/counterpoint (Chi-Chi arguing Chi-Chi)
Thursday: Chi-Chi ridicules a user submitted article
Friday: Chi-Chi randomly typing characters on a keyboard
I think you'll agree, it's the beginning of a whole new era. So please give it up for everyone's favorite dancing ninja, the great Chi-Chi Felipe.
