What was your favorite toy?
I remember when Dad used to let us out of our secret batcave (closet), when his special vistors were not around, to take turns playing with our crayon. We did not have any paper, but we sure had fun coloring old tin cans. HA! I remember the crayon never really stuck to the cans well, so instead of red, the cans would have a light pink tint to them.
I hated when Dr. Haryone would come over, he always tried to eat our crayon. Then Dad would always say "Quick! To the Batcave!" and we would take off running for our special batcave as though the world was waiting for our rescue. We had lots of fun. We played all kinds of games in our batcave:
Who Can Be The Quietest (Dad loved when we played this one, sometimes he even put in a request for it)
Pattycake (which caused an unfortunate reaction to my little brothers face, we finally figured out the game was best played outside the bat cave)
Hide N Seek (Short lived, but fun)
Kick the Can (Dad really liked this game. He even joined in sometimes by playing Kick the Door)
Although we may not have had all the big fancy toys like a slinky or wood blocks., we did have a great time!

When we took road trips, my brother and I would play "touched you last" in the back seat. He would poke me and yell "touched you last!" Then I would poke him back and say "touched you last"! After we would poke each other, we would move as far away from each other, to avoid getting touched back. Of course, that wasn't really possible in the backseat of a car. You can't really move out of arm's length.
Also, I just realized that this little story could very easily be turned into an incest story about touching each other in the back seat of a car.

Oh, Frat. You don't have to resist. My daughters play this game every now and then. My oldest figured out a long time ago that she had a great advantage if she just sat on her sister's right side.
