Jaggy is trying to teach herself to play the harmonica over on the other computer. It is painfull, she has been going for hours.
This is worse than all her Olivia Newton John, Spice Girls and Celine Dion playlists put together.
I'm going crazy, please do something!

I don't care what the Frost-ing ants are doing! They can march all they like, as long as it is beyond the edge of hearing.

Have you got a thick hefty garbage bag handy, they are pretty damn soundproof after a few minutes.

A little known fact, but the name that most southerners used to use for the instrument that Jaggy is torturing you with, is a "Mouth Organ."
While I understand your pain, I was just saying today, that it would be a better world if more women became proficient at playing the mouth organ.

Ladies, please. I want to take up the harmonica, and have been thinking about it for a while. Is it worth it? It would be nice for me to
A) Play an instrument
B) Have a musical instrument that I can fit in my pocket.
How difficult is it to play?

You know how to play the harmonica don't ya? You just put your lips together and blow.
Then suck.
Then blow and suck while moving your lips back and forth along the shaft.

Well I've been working on it on and off for a few hours this evening, and I can play When the Saints Go Marching In, Ode to Joy, and a convincing blues scale, with the bent notes and everything. So I don't think it's going to take as much work as the flute or the bagpipes, but it's a nice wee challenge and it'll be a cool party trick, when I can play bluesy things, I'm thinking.
