Lets compare:

Acting: In T2, the kid playing John Connor wasn't very good, but hey, he's a kid. Tobey Maguire wasn't that good of an actor in my opinion, and he's the lead character. Advantage: T2



Hotness: Kirsten Dunst in a wet t-shirt is very hot. Linda Hamilton showed boobies in T1, but in T2 she is fully clothed and capable of kicking much ass. Some may find her intimidating. Advantage: Spiderman.



Awesomeness: No contest. Robert Patrick Frost-ing changes shape. He turns his arms in to blades. Linda Hamilton uses a shotgun, Arnold uses grenade launchers, mini-guns, and a metal pole. On the other hand, Spiderman jumps around a bunch. Advantage: T2.



Ass-kicking: In a fight, the characters of Terminator 2 would easily beat Spiderman and the Green Goblin. Hell, throw Dr. Octopus in with them and they'd still get their asses handed to them. Terminators set the bar for robot ass-kickers. Advantage: T2.

The reason why Terminator is on the bottom is because it's impossible to take the second half of the movie seriously after Arny's lost his eyebrows.
