McDonalds and their crappy service
A comedy conversation by FlyingHippo. 1,246 10

I will start this off with:

Why the hell does it matter what you drive!?

A few days ago, me and some of my *ahem* "homies" decided we would go down to Mcdonalds to grab some food, but as it was, we had no transport!

We had all walked to the house, and none of us wanted to go back and grab their car,

so we were pretty much stuck.

But then it hit me.

In the back of the yard we had an old shopping trolley (that had come from god knows where) just sitting with some planks of wood in it, so we moved away the wood and hopped on...

We pushed the trolley out to the front and jumped on, I was on the back, pushing it along.

We got to Mcdonalds (It was only two blocks away) and went into the drive-thru

MD: May I take your order?

Me: (since I was the driver) Yea, we'll take 3 cheese burgers, 3 large cokes and 3 large chips.

MD: Thank you, please drive up to the window.

(we rolled up to the window to receive our food)

MD worker: ummm...

Me: thank you, let me just get my money out...

MD worker: I'm sorry sir, I can't serve you.

Me: What?

MD worker: I cant give you this. (she puts the food down)

Me: But why not?

MD worker: We dont server people who come in... ummm...

Me: Oh, is this about my car!? (At this point, I am amazed we are not all laughing)

MD worker: Thats not a car.

Me: Just because I cant afford your fancy smanshy "moter cars" doesnt mean you can push me around, I am going to complain to the manager about this! you just wait!

(We wheel around the corner and go home)

You could have composed it all in a text editor so there wouldn't be a 10-minute gap in the middle, which is ample time for someone to make fun of you, even at this time of morning, Flying Hippo.

The cashier was right in refusing to serve you.

Poor people don't deserve McDonalds.

This seems like the appropriate thread to mention how proud I am of Nicholas Sparks, who has made millions as an author despite being functionally retarded.

but you weren't driving.. you were being pushed.

I'd like to give it a shot in some sort of horse pulled contraption. Also, if they refused me service I could give them a sound thrashing with me whip.

My friends and I did something similar years ago. It was late at night, and the main part of the local MacDonalds was closed, but the drive-thru was still open. So four guys laid down on the floor, rolling towards the drive through, pretending to be wheels. We also had a driver, holding on to an imaginary steering wheel, and four passengers.

We rolled up to the drive-thru and the guy was in hysterics when he saw our 'car', that he served us and gave us extra free fries.

I think I told this story a long time ago, but when I was in high school, my friend had his parent's van. We were really higyh. We decided to go to a McDonalds, but it was closed. So my friend had an idea. He backed the van up to the playground, and we hopped the fence, and took every ball from the ballpool, and threw them into the van. We screeched off, and were having a blast, driving around. Everytime he'd accellereate, WHOOSH, all the balls would go towards the back of the van. When he slowed or hit the brakes, WHOOSH, they'd flow to the front. eventually, they kept getting stuck under the pedals, so he drove onto Rt.290, we opened the rear doors, and he floored it. I've never seen anything so cool as a couple hundred plastic balls rolling down a deserted highway.

When my Scout troop went to the boundary waters between Canada and the US for canoeing, our guide told us about this thing they did called the Dairy Queen challenge. What the had to do was canoe a good distance until near the town, and get out and carry the canoe into town and over to the dairy queen, where they would order a blizzard through the drive, carrying the canoe on their shoulders the entire time.

People who eat at McDonald's deserve what they get.

I haven't eaten at McD's since January, and that was too recent.

Haven't eaten any fast food since April.

I know what portaging is. I've done it several times. I just figured that my audience might not know, so I used carried instead.
