I almost puked all over the kitchen!

I have this really weird dairy issue.
I cannot share dairy without getting sick.
If I have a glass of milk, I need to have a napkin nearby, because I have to wipe the rim after each time my mouth hits it.
If you take a sip of my milk, it will make me throw up...and you'd better be prepared to finiShakespeare..because I won't touch it again.
Same thing with ice cream...I don't share, or else I'll vomit.
I can't dip cookies in milk because if I do, I will vomit.
If I see little pieces of cookie floating in someone else's milk, it makes me want to vomit.
Anyway...my kid wanted to make cookies, so we did....I took 3 off the cookie sheet, and put them on a plate with a glass of milk. He immediately began dipping the cookies, and I immediately felt my gorge rise.
He finished and left the table....as I was cleaning up after him, there were floaties in the milk...huurrrrppp....so I poured it down the sink, and put it in the dishwasher.
There was a half of a cookie left on the plate, so I popped it into my mouth, whole, or HALF, in this case, and began to chew...but I didn't have to chew for long....it was SOAKED with milk.
It was like having a saturated sponge in your mouth.
I spit it into the dishwasher.

You are weird.
I absolutely love the taste of a fresh baked chocolate chip cookie, still warm and oozing from the oven, soaked with just a enough fresh cold milk to make the cookie soft. It goes the same for donuts.
I don't drink much milk, but I love to slurp up a fresh glass of cold milk and chew the "floaties" as they come up to my mouth, their chocolatey goodness bursting into my mouth with their absorbed dairy freshness.
Mmmmmm Mmmmmmmmm MMMMMMMM

Reading that made me gag.
I have serious milk issues too. People who drink their cereal milk absolutely make me want to throw up. Even just having them take a spoonful of milky cereal and slurping it down... *pauses to dry heave*.
But you have weirder issues than I do... I don't know whether to be comforted or worried that you're stranger than I am.

OH Trae, baby, YES! My sister made cookies and I am sitting here with little warm nuggets of chocolate chip cookies and a huge glass of milk, dipping the cookies into the milk until they are almost mush, the supple milk squirting into your mouth when you mash the cookie on your tounge *insert porn music here* and then plunging it into the milk over and over, sipping the frothy white goodness along with the chunks of gooey chocolate on my lips, licking my red full lips with my sensuous tounge, savoring the flavor of milk and cookie.

Yes HP! Don't you love it when that little droplet of milk rests itself on your bottom lip and as your tongue brushes over it, tenderly, to get that last bit of dairy goodness, you're surprised by that little morsel of cookie nirvana which held on and melds with the milk to burst within your mouth in a spasm of absolute pleasure???

The thing that also gets me is... do you guys know what a Pot Noodle is?
It's a little plastic cup with freeze dried noodles and powdered flavouring in it. You add boiling water to cook the noodles and eat it straight from the plastic pot.
Anyway, when NORMAL people eat all the noodles they throw the remaining 'juice' (filled with powdery veggies and other nasties) away. Not my friends. No. They DRINK THE DAMN LUKEWARM POT NOODLE JUICE.
Excuse me while I throw up.

I have issues with milk too. My brother used to make me nauseous when we were kids by crumbling up a Hostess Cupcake into a glass of milk and drinking it. Bleh.
Another thing that grosses me out is letting one of my kids drink out of my glass. Not only do they always leave floaties, the last time I let my son have a drink out of my glass, he gave me the flu.

Apparently my table manners would disgust some of you, because I love drinking milk and dipping cookies in it. In fact, when I was younger, my siblings often wouldn't drink all of their milk at dinner, so as a midnight snack I would open the refridgerator and drink all the leftover milk from their cups. It tasted a little odd at that point, but I didn't care. I also drink the cereal milk when I am done and the soup broth from instant soup. Delicious!

I drink the milk from my cereal.
I dunk my cookies.
I drink milk straight from the jug.
I share my icecream.
I don't eat instant soup, but I drain the water from ramen noodles before eating them. I only eat chicken noodle soup when I'm angry (that's weird) because I hate the stuff and it's hate food. I'll drink the broth sometimes.
I love dropping oreos into a glass of milk and letting them soak up the milk, then drinking it like a shake.
I even have used evaporated milk on my cereal, and tried drinking it, but it was too sweet to finish.
Barf at will.
Although dunking toast is weird. I only dunk bread in food products such as gravy or chili or soup or cheese. Dunking it in milk is nasty.

My Italian grandmother hated milk. Drinking milk when you were eating anything with tomato sauce was a big no-no. I'm not really sure why, but since I grew up that way, I never drink milk with pasta.
An old boyfriend's Italian grandfather also hated milk and insisted it was bad for you.
Must be an Italian thing. Maybe because a lot of Italians are lactose intolerant?
