Wait wait wait. That's wrong.

What did she die of? If it's cancer, or something like that, I don't want the body. The meat would be contaminated.

If your family has an open casket stand at least 5 feet back from it at all times in case she suddenly comes to life with a taste for human brain.

My advice: If you wear Strawberry Shortcake panties to her funeral, make sure your pants aren't too tight.

And think about baseball.

Seriously though, my most sincere sympathy to your whole family. This kind of loss can really Frost you up. The past couple of weeks are the first time since my father's death in March that I've felt like doing much besides sitting on the couch and staring at the wall.

Thanks everybody for the thoughts. We're headed to Alabama sometime Saturday and the funeral will be Sunday. I should be back on board sometime Monday.

Ollie, if you want to come, the funeral is going to be a fairly low-key affair, strictly BYOS*.
