We have completed my Outfit for our Wedding this weekend at the Texas Rennassance Festival. Robin has been working on her Dress over at her mother's house so as to not let me see it. But Mine is completed and it is here for you viewing plesure

Wow... First time I read that, I completley missed the words Texas Renaissance Festival. Those words are definitly key to understand-
no, wait...I still don't get it.

That's nice, SR. Good luck with the wedding. I hope the marriage lasts a long time and no untoward events happen at the ceremony.

Ok, I had TTJ & Donk down on my list under "Dorkiest Weddings Ever."
It's a good thing I wrote it in pencil.

The only thing more frightening than a wedding at a RenFaire is a wedding at a Science Fiction convergence.

I would have posted them all at once an actually looked over the spelling but pressing tab and the enter kind of makes a premature postulation.

Hmm. Interesting. Most people wouldn't give these kind of wacky things the recognition they deserve. I think it's cool, whilst others make not appreciate it. Heck, most people probably can't even spell "Renassance."
...

I like the outfit, actually. It's different, and I'm sure you'll look great.
But yeah, the room could use a clean up.

The whole living room is full of clutter, all I've been doing is sowing this outfit, My living room at one point 2 weeks ago was nice an clean, now I am so tired after sowing I haven't had the energy to clean. I wake up I sow the outfits, Robin gets home around 2, we both sow, I cook dinner, then more sowing, then bed... repeat.

My job is easy, I work Thursay, Friday, Saturday, Sunday, I go in at 3 pm, I enter names and bithtdays into a database. I setup reservations for the comedy club. I call the confirm reservations. I sit in a nice soft chair in a booth for 2 hours, makeing sure people pay to get in to see the comedians.

Well a fella ought to be sweating on his wedding day, and looks like you will be doing your fair share of that in them duds.
Actually look real cool for middle ages and all. Remember now to be authentic you shouldn't bathe for a few days before the event. You don't want to get all diseased from the water before you even get a chance to get married.
Ohh, and don't forget to bring a good "Flagon" for some Ale or hard cider, you only get married for the first time once !
Congrats to both of you !

Spicey and I were going to crash the wedding, but SR & Robin were nice enough to put us on the guest list. We have costumes too, but we bought them. I can't sew worth a Shakespeare, so if my shirts so much as lose a button, I'm out of luck.

I've heard from so many people not to get married. Why? Just because you Frosted up an spent 4 weeks with someone before you married them doesn't mean I'm that stupid. I've been dating Robin for 4 years and living with her for 3, so I'm pretty sure since I haven't left her, or cheated on her, I'm happy with her. We've worked out all the issues, we've made compromises, we've had very rough times were we did split up for a month. It's time to get some kind of tax break or health insurance for the Shakespeare I had to go through to get here.

I dated my ex for 2 years (for all but the first 6 months we lived together) and our marriage lasted almost a decade. I certainly believed that a government-sanctioned union would make us stronger. Shucks, we lived the American dream together - we adopted two wonderful children, bought a big house in the country and we had a cute, friendly dog.
Then he slowly turned into a soul-sucking, emotionless speciman of a man who never wanted to have sex and spent his days watching drama DVDs and listening to Rush. My kids became teenagers and I had to have the dog put to sleep.
I got my divorce decree in the mail yesterday.
Anyway, see you on Saturday! I'm hoping it doesn't rain.

She tired, but the massive amount of sleeping pills she slipped him, in the pasta sauce, only slowed the blood flow from the wounds were she shot him.

Congrats, SR and Robin. If I still lived in Texas, I would show up and give you my support. Sadly, I'm now across the country.
But, seriously, thank you for topping my wedding in dorkiness. (but I've seen weddings at ren fests, and they are always beautiful, and I'm sure yours will be too)

He listened to the band Rush, or to Rush Limbaugh?
Never mind. Either one is a good enough reason for divorce.
