Scarecrow, the Batman villian, is probably the only comic book badguy who has a doctorate but doesn't use "Doctor" as part of his name.
I think about this kind of crap all the time. Maybe that's why I have so much trouble sleeping.

The college admissions counselor at my high school had a doctorate of English and never used it for jack Shakespeare, but forced us to call her doctor, so we called her Mrs. whenever we were pissed at her, which was often.
Yeah, that's how big of a badass all of us were.
