I live in upstate NY, and the day of the funeral for those two troopers that got shot by that escaped convict, there had to be 300 cars all heading south, as I was heading north toward home. At first, I was all paranoid and stayed at the exact speedlimit. Then I realized that nobody was gonna pull me over and be late for the service, so I did about 95 the whole way home.
