I am happy for the guy, don't get me wrong. It's just that this guy has never been able to keep a job for more then a year while I have been busting my ass in the Army for 8 years, when I get out I will probably only make about 35 to 40K a year. He is being given an oppurtunity of a lifetime here and if he Frosts this up I may have to kill him.

I start my support techs at 40k doe, which is pretty good for this area and we expect to do a lot of hiring in the next 2 years. Any SQL, webdev or asp.net experience and we can do better. I don't give a Frost about college because I've never yet met a CS degree graduate who knew how to kick a machine properly.

In all seriousness, or as close as I come to it, every time I hire I wade through a Shakespeareload of morons. I can't make any promises without seeing a resume and actualy, you iknow, meeting you, but yes, definitely drop me a line when you get out if you're looking for work.

We're about to close on a couple mill in new investment capital and we're about to start ramping up our sales effort. I'll be bringing on at least 2 people in the next 6-8 months and hopefully more after that.
