Bring some dramamine. Big monster, pissed at New York City. Special effects are Frost-ing AWESOME. I'd give it an 8 out of 10. Spend the money.

My review from what I saw (which was the abridged preview): "Haha! We're young happy socialites with an unlimited future!" "AHHHHHH! AHHHHH! WHAT THE Frost WAS THAT???" "HOLY SHHIIIIIIT!!!" *blargh*

Napkin's review: Great movie, beginning could have been shortened and I wish that Hud had grabbed a tripod with him. Weapon AND steadiness. Or that they used that new anti-shake technology, or that I didn't vomit halfway through the movie during an epileptic seizure. Spend the money.

I'll pass. I'm still recovering from the last GAB recommended piece of crap movie I went to see.

Take your kids to see Water Horse. It's a combo of Eragon, ET, and Free Willy, true, but the Scottish countryside and Sinead Oconnor soundtrack rock. Good kit movie.

Wait a minute. This movie is supposed to be filmed from the point of view of a bunch of over-fed media babies, and one of the characters is named "Hud," as in "Heads-Up Display?" The only thing that could make it gayer would be... no, nothing actually.

I haven't seen Cloverfield and I really don't care to, because the whole viral marketing thing turned me off months ago. Not the campaign itself, but the term "viral marketing."

What the Frost was that thing... Points to remember: If a big ass thing is knocking over buildings and eating people...stay away from buildings and people If the military is shooting at it...go the opposite direction of the bullets... Always bring tennis shoes...you never know when you might need them to RUN!!!
