So, it does prove that nobody reads instructions and warning labels anywhere in the world.

Outside of the obvious part of putting a high powered laser in a tent that is apparently supposed to illuminate the sky.

Well duh, they couldn't read the instructions. They were illiterate.

The owner of a Moscow laser rental company told Reuters the accidental blindings were due to "illiteracy on the part of technicians."
