Hen's dog got a blockage.  She started dragging her butt on the carpets.  I did a quick search on the interweb (God bless it) and came up with this little gem:

I've done some nasty things in my life and smelled some pretty rancid stuff including the several days dead kid I pulled out of the back end of a goat once, but this takes them all.

Though, actually Fluffy never complained and actually has been hanging around me a lot more since then.  Sick little freak.

Ugh.  I would rather lance my own boils at home than express my dog's anal glands.  I was there when the vet did it once, and it might be the foulest thing I've ever smelled.
