1. Cars - Aston Martin, Jaguar, Mini - although they are all owned by non-British companies
2. British electronic music - Orbital, The Orb, Underworld, Chemical Brothers, etc.
3. Hugh Laurie - I was really freaked out to find he was British, knowing him only from House MD. His American accent is dead on
4. Tea and taxes and tarriffs and tyranny (without which we wouldn't have had our little revolution)
5. Radiohead - a true export, because as I understand it, they didn't get popular in the UK until they were popular in the US

1. Reality Shows - Big Brother, American Idol, and all it's retarded kin can go Frost themselves
2. India Pale Ale - There are so many beer snobs who swear by it, I for one cannot stand it. Give me a Miller High Life any day.
3. Tabloids - I know they aren't a uniquely British thing but you guys take it to a whole new level
4. The Beckhams - She's no Madonna and he's no Pele. Together they create a vortex of suck which has never been seen before.
5. Harry Potter - I just don't get the appeal of the series. I hear it gets better at the end of the series, but I can't get past the retarded first book.
