Yup. After a summer of bullShakespeare and stuff, I left Iowa and somehow wound up in Greensboro NC.

For Frost's sake I hate driving in this town. And the real bitch is, I'm 1,700 miles away from Denver (give or take a few miles) Well that and the state controlled liquor stores, and places that should be open that are closed on Sunday and Mondays.

Other than that though, well Frost I really don't have anything interesting to say.

No you aren't southern; you are what southerners call a hemorrhoid. If you come down and then go back up, you're ok. If you come down and stay then you're a pain in the ass.

North Carolina isn't south enough.

I lived in G'boro. Driving there is nothing. You want to complain about traffic, come to Atlanta. Greensboro is in a GREAT location. Mountains one way, beach another and lots of really cool people.

Granted, not a lot of fire eaters but you can't have everything.

Actually, the fact that there aren't a lot of fire eaters will probably work in his favor.

Aww yeah, supply and demand, baby!

I'm a Wisconsinite. You were already one of them Southern people even before you moved.

To me that makes you a foreigner. Don't know why we actually fought to keep the South. To me it would be worth it to fight to get rid of it.

Well yeah, there are a few fire performers, I can't exactly compete with fire eating belly dancers, but on the other note, there isn't anybody that does sideshow, IE sword swallowing and glass walking and all that other Shakespeare here. So, I do have a market, we are revamping the show, bad thing is since it was so last minute (I got here a couple of weeks ago) I have no bookings for Halloween. (which is weird because all the churchies are all doing their own "safe alternatives to Halloween" and I sure as Frost am not doing another family friendly show, unless I'm either paid enough, or drunk as Shakespeare.

I don't know how long I'm going to be down here, it really just depends on work, and how other things are going. Also, I drove to Charlotte on Saturday for an IDPA match and there were a couple of serious car accidents due to the rain. How the Frost doesn't anybody know how to drive durring the rain? It's like back home but with the snow.

Also at least on a good note, I don't have to go 500 miles for a decent night club, then again I really haven't checked out the club scene here.

I'll feel better in a week when I'm going to Wilkesbarre PA for the Sideshow Gathering and Ink in the Valley Tattoo convention.

... one of those southern people now. ... Greensboro NC

Well, bless your heart.

Also, you forgot to capitalize Southern.

I have been all over the damn place the last 10 years, right now in Texas, but I am still a Wisconsinite. If I gave up as easy as you I would be an Iraqi. Don't give up your roots so easy.

I can't wait to get out of Texas, it reminds me of Iraq, one more month to go.

Oh I haven't given up yet. But the southern accents are getting to me.

On a fun note though, I did manage to hit a burlesque show in Raligh last night, bad thing is KMFDM was playing in Chapel Hill, and I didn't know. (I was planning on seeing them in Omaha)

Ehh.

At least also I might actually have scored a few last minuite bookings for this weekend.

On the plus side, you might very well be the smartest person in Texas. You at least have that going for you.

I don't think that's saying much though.
