Matt: Hell yeah, that's why you're the brains. Wait a second... If I've learned anything, it's that at the end of every episode of Scooby Doo, the crook's mask gets ripped off and they get caught.

The men may have been under the influence of alcohol when they devised the idea for their disguises.

And how's that for a masterful peice of investigative journalism.

Did they never consider that the idea may have been fueled by Sharpie fumes? Jounalism FAIL.

Pants, I don't think that guy was using it as a disguise unless he was trying to get people to forget about all those ads where he posed as the poster child for the effects of incest. He probably heard that duct tape can fix anything and the ugly son of a bitch took it to the extreme and figured it was like make-up on a woman.
