There's a traditional prank joke that always ends with the punchline "No Soap, Radio!"
While someone else is listening, you tell a totally nonsensical joke to a friend, who pretends to laugh hilariously at the punchline. The "joke" is to see if the third party will laugh, pretending to get the joke.
One example is:
Two polar bears are sitting in a bathtub. The first one says, "Pass the soap". The second one says, "No soap, radio!"
When I explained the joke to my 8 year-old, he laughed hysterically. I'm not sure why, but he immediately "got" the anti-humor, and began making up a wide variety of additional jokes, all ending with "No Soap, Radio!"
A penguin and a tiger were sitting on an iceberg, listening to a radio. The tiger said, "Boy, it sure is cold out here." The penguin said, "No soap, radio!"
A boy was late to school. His teacher asked why he was late. He said, "No soap, radio!"
Each of these would end with him collapsing in laughter. After a while, the anti-punchline actually became a real punchline.
Your challenge: try to outdo him with a joke of your own. Must end with a mention of soap and a radio.
