How To: Fill a Room with Balloons A video

Nothing says "Happy Birthday" like an entire room filled with balloons. Learn the quick and easy way to pull off this prank. Be careful, though ... one too many balloons and you'll be reenacting the hit movie, Up.
You Will Need:
Balloons (2000+ balloons are needed to completely fill a 12 x 12 x 8 room)
Helium Tank
The Balloon Tool [buy it here
Garbage bags
2 helpers
Instructions:
1. Blow up the balloons using the helium tank.
2. Hand them to helper 1.
3. Helper 1 should tie them using the balloon tool (or their hands if you didn't splurge).
4. Helper 2 should place the balloons in the garbage bags.
5. Once enough balloons are blown up, take the bags to the designated room, and let them out. Make sure to start releasing them in the back of the room and move toward the front.
6. Make sure you leave enough room to open up the door.
Prepare yourself for a lot of balloon popping once your target discovers the prank. Fill the balloons with confetti and you've got yourself a second prank when everyone begins popping them.
I filled my sister's room with balloons for her birthday. Next time I'll take the day off of work so I can fill the room to the ceiling, but I think I did all right. Balloons here
