You may not know this, but Undies is a huge Survivor freak fan. She insists that I watch it with her and I go along with is so she doesn't stab me have gotten to really enjoy the show. It's pretty entertaining since there are so many opposing personalities living and competing together under terrible conditions.
The latest season is starting this week and its theme is Heroes and Villians. They brought back people who have already played and grouped them by whether they played nice or if they played like BIG.
Since Zug is also populated with many opposing personalities competing together under terrible conditions, I thought it might be fun to find out who are the Heroes and who are the Villians.
Name your favorite Hero and/or Villian of Zug and explain why you chose think they are lawful good, chaotic evil, or maybe somewhere in between.
I'd say John is more like Jeff Probst, since he's our host and he keeps issuing us challenges, so he's not playing. For my pick of Hero, I'm going to say Al because he designed the hidden immunity idol and I know where it is. Also, I'm a huge suck-up.

So it's survivor crossed with D&D.

My favourite villian would have to be our thanksgiving-based ex-poster because he was genuinely psychotic and therefore above the concerns of mere mortals.

Remember the skinny whacky guy who had his own pathetic gang signs and weirdo self made pseudonyms for himself. Kinky blond hair and obvious personality disorder?
I think Pram's got that one in the bag.

Yes. I like to cast Dorkshell for +5 nerdiness to my posts whenever possible. I level up faster that way.

Also, I do not know what a "villian" is... Unless you're either referring to a villain, or one whose whole purpose in life is to suck on Shakespeare.

Frogpop is the real hero of ZuG.
Why? Think about it. Despite being, you know, one of us, he somehow managed to navigate all levels of ZuG10 and marry the princess.
Sorry Spicey, but in your case, I'd say it's less you got the girl than the girl got you. And you're no princess.

We've had a number of villians over the years, but my favorite is Johnny Keilbasa 2000 for sheer perseverance, insanity and physical resemblance to Charles Manson.

Villains:
Ima Creeple
This dastardly duo inflicts extreme pain with their constant barrage of unfunny and ill-written comments. And if that fails to do you in, Creeple will come after you in his Wheelchair of Death and Ima will pummel you with her Christmas hams.
Alone they are just incredibly annoying. Together they can be deadly.

If I were on Survivor GAB, I'd make sure to have Pram on my tribe. He'd be easy to hold on to in an alliance because I'd offer him assistance in obtaining our competitors' shoes at night. He'd also keep me entertained with neat mud sculptures.

Can anyone link to the Creeple divorce thread? I missed that one.
Also:
Heroe:
The French Mailman - mainly for his refusal to surrender to the unfunny despite his ethnic predisposition too.
Villian:
Hmmmmm, so many to choose from. I have to go with Wonder Poultry as well I think for making The Joker look like a model of mental stability.

For my pick of Hero, I'm going to say Al because he designed the hidden immunity idol and I know where it is.
Al would also be useful around camp - he'd know which rats and lizards were the tastiest. The flip side of this though, is that he'd be content to eat nothing but the rats and lizards, and everyone else would be starving for want of real food. Then he'd go out into the ocean and bring back some weird fish-eye scum stuff and we'd have to kill him vote him off.

Ah, it's all coming back to me now. The only reason I finally came in is because it was too Frost-ing cold to sit outside and your window was frozen shut.

What is cool about the inline images is mods and admins can actually disable a image in a message while leaving the message viewable. But unfortunately I've never seen anyone do it - must be one of those useless features!
