How to prank magazine scams?
An idea challenge

Recently there has been an increase in the amount of spam mails I get. And now I'm starting to get text messages telling me to sign-up for discount magazine trials because I'll get a $50 gift card to Target. And trust me, it's quite appealing when you get this message while you're stuck in traffic. So I signed up for this "free trial" after paying $6.40 and I waited for a week, but instead of a magazine I got a letter asking me what magazine I would like to subscribe to? They could ask for your phone number, credit card number, mailing address and your mother's maiden name over the phone, but of course it's too much to ask when it comes to what magazine you want. And to top it off the $50 gift card is actually a post card referring you to a website called www.retailredemption.com. When you go to that website it tells you every month you make a purchase at any major retail store over ten dollars, you can submit it to this website and they'll send you a ten dollar voucher per month. Wow! A $50 gift card has turned into jump through a bunch of barricades and you'll get segments of money back each time. And if you look at the young couple pictured at the main page of Retail Redemption they're actually holding a stack of hundred dollar bills! For a 10 dollar voucher each month they surely saved up a lot of their receipts to earn that stack of cash. And from looking at their faces they probably started getting 10 dollar vouchers when they were 8!
I called the magazine's company and of course I was talking to robots for a decent 15 minutes before I was put through to an American name with a thick accent. Therefore I hung up immediately knowing I need to get even instead of get angry at an unsuspecting hard working man.
Does anyone have any good ideas to prank this company?

I would just sign up for all of the magazines, but read them in Herve Villechaize's voice. Imagine the hilarity!

Not so much of a prank but a fair suggestion.
STOP CHECKING YOUR EMAIL WHILE IN TRAFFIC!!!

If you gave your mother's maiden name and your credit card number, I sure hope you canceled your credit card to avoid them purchasing stuff on your credit card. (Change the number - you don't have to close the account.)
