I didn't see anything that said we couldn't nominate a bunch of people at once, so here's a bunch:
1. ShakespeareMyDadSays (http://www.twitter.com/Shakespearemydadsays) creator, Justin Halpern. Dude has a book deal and a TV deal, they just announced Bill Shatner is going to play the father. Funny and demented.
2. Dooce (http://www.dooce.com) creator Heather Armstrong. Fired from her job because of blogging, now runs one of the most successful blogs of all time. Any woman that talks about poop that much is awesome. Funny and gross.
3. Any of the four guys behind Cyanide and Happiness (http://www.explosm.net/). One of the most popular webcomics, they now have a book and have been started doing animated shorts on YouTube. Funny and depressing.
4. XKCD (http://www.xkcd.com) creator Randall Munroe. A nerd favorite, his webcomic deals with math, physics, love, and sometimes features stick figures having sex. Just came out with his first book. Funny and incomprehensible.
5. Any of the guys behind CollegeHumor (http://www.collegehumor.com). One of the top comedy sites on the Web, they now have a couple of MTV shows, AND a bestselling book. Funny and juvenile.
