Bigfoots and UFOs

I just wasted an hour watching some show on the History Channel about this supposed Skunk Ape in the Florida Everglades. Apparently, hundreds of people have seen this ape-like creature roaming around for years but none of the Frosters ever takes a decent photo of the damned thing. The best they ever do is some blurry, unfocused shot.

So the History Channel makes a show and a bunch of people go out looking for evidence and they never find a damn thing. The whole show is about wasting a lot of time and money for nothing.

Same for all those damn UFO shows that come on.

If any of you Gabbers should ever happen to see a bigfoot or a skunk ape or a UFO, please stay calm and composed and for Christ's sake hold the camera steady.

Clearly, you have not taken photography 101 for paparazzis and UFO chasers: make sure that your pictures are blurry and badly framed. The more room they leave for wild speculation, the more they are worth to the National Enquirer.

This reminds me of a quote from Arthur C. Clarke -

"I don't want to hear anything about a UFO unless you can read its license plate."

He knew that all of those blurry pictures and videos were BS. Extraordinary claims require extraordinary evidence.

Look, if I run into Bigfoot/Skunk Ape/Yeti or whatever you want to call it, I'm not worrying about taking pictures.

It's going on a grill and I'm calling Al and Mailman with lunch invitations.

Frost pictures of some big, furry yutz*. If you happen to sight the Ivory Bill, make sure you make a nice watercolor to share with the group.

* Excepting, of course, BIG.

I could be wrong but, wouldnt the plural of bigfoot be bigfeets?

Grammar nazis feel free to chime in. I'm looking at you fife boy.

I'm no fife player, but I believe it would be bigfeet, not bigfeets.

I didn't know we needed to specify a plural form of imaginary creatures.

In that case, what do you call a group of them? I mean, you have a murder of crows, a herd of sheep, a flock or birds, a gaggle of geese...but what is a group of bigfeet/foots?

Apparently, it's just a group.

I still think I'll call it a camembert of bigfeet.

All of these sightings have to be of Rob Reiner on vacation.

Like sheep and fish, bigfoot is it's own plural. Bigfoots is acceptable but technically not gramatically correct.

As far as a group of them I'm going with a WhattheFrost of Bigfoot.

Or you could go English and measure them in yards.

The majestic big foot, 50 yards strong, roamed the forest in search of pik-a-nik baskets, smearing vaseline on the camera lenses of any passers-by.

I beginning to believe that this whole "Bigfoot" deal may be fake.
