One of the great things about advances in technology -- other than saving lives, curing disease, and improving the human race (BORING!) -- is that they open new frontiers for pranking.
For instance, when the inventor of the telephone, Alexander Graham Bell, called to his assistant: "Watson, come here, I want to see you!" he played the first telephone prank.
Watson came running, and found Bell on the floor laughing. He didn't want to see him at all!

The latest frontier for pranking is Google Street View, that technology that lets you pan around a 360-degree photo of the neighborhood within Google Maps. Because Google takes the photos from clearly-marked "Google Street View" cars, complete with online tracking of their location, many pranksters have taken the time to stage silly scenes in full view of the cameras -- which then show up for anyone using Street View within Google Maps.
What's difficult to tell is how many of these photos are pranks, and how many are just perfectly-timed public insanity.

While drunk men PISS in the street, drunk women TINKLE. Either way, it's more disgusting.
