The biggest prank of all time A comedy conversation

This prank was hilarious.
Some rich folks and their rich companies took a bunch of poor peoples' debt in the form of mortgages, packaged them up as securities, stamped them "grade A" and then sold them to a bunch of rich institutions.
Then some other rich folks and their other rich companies then made side bets on the debt in the form of "collateralized debt obligations" and when the whole dice rolling competition went south and the market tanked they took other poor peoples' money in the form of government bailout so those rich folks and their rich companies wouldn't get poor.
And since there's two sides to every trade, somebody had to make out like a bandit.
Where did the money go?
Who knows?
Maybe it was like the scene at the end of the movie "Trading Places," where Dan Akroyd bets Eddie Murphy a dollar he can make them both rich and the other bastards poor.
