Well, I'm sure it is medically possible to sew someone else's mouth to another person's ass. I wouldn't expect the last two segments of the "centipede" to stay alive for too long however. Still, I have to say that sticking feathers up your butt does not make you a chicken and sewing 3 people together does not make them a centipede or siamese triplet.
