The Google Gravity Prank
A funny link

Here's a perfect prank you can play on friends who use Google. Since everyone uses Google, you're all set -- as long as you aren't hanging around with Luddites, the Amish, or anyone allergic to electricity.
Simply set their browser to hide the address bar, load this link, and leave it open.
The most important part of a prank is that someone assumes they know what's going to happen, and it doesn't. For example: everyone knows Web pages aren't affected by gravity.

Until now!
If your target has a bookmark or homepage set to Google, you can also reset the link, making it the gift that keeps on Googling.
NOTE: It's important to keep your cursor off the page (have it hovering over the menu bar instead) when you load it, as any mouse movement triggers the collapse. If you accidentally set it off too early, just move the mouse off the page and hit reload.
Even better, it's still a fully-functioning Google search page -- and the real-life results collapse under the same inescapable effects of gravitational attraction!

DOUBLE NOTE: Of course we could have included a video of it in action (they include several on the about page), but "Robbing people of entertainment" is the exact opposite of the ZUG mission statement. You really have to hit the link and see it.
And now the link: http://mrdoob.com/projects/chromeexperiments/google_gravity/

I tried clicking the link, but a "Mr. Doob" told me I wasn't cool enough to use it, and should try using Opera, Firefox, or Safari instead.
