At the Faneuil Hall Marketplace, have an on-the-scene street team for a new game show. Randomly stop tourists and ask them history questions about Boston. If they get it correct, they win a sticker or some sort of swag with ZUG branding on it. Maybe a coupon good for 5 free orbs.
Anyway, set it up so after a while, we have a few "big" winners to go on to the final round. The questions should be increasingly impossible to answer, but have one person get them all correct. Audience participation should be encouraged. Then let everyone know that this person will win a million bucks if they get the last question right - and then have it be something incredibly stupid, which everyone in the audience would know. Like maybe "which statue is in front of Quincy Market?" when you're standing UNDER the statue. The person would then ignore the audience and say the wrong answer.
The audience of course will then want to murder the person who just lost a million dollars and only walks away with a rubber chicken.

I'm down to be the idiot. It's not like it's a strech or anything.
