The entire group should dress as the classic video game lemmings (Blue robe & green hair) and walk single file around Boston. Each should carry a different item, such as a shovel, a stop-sign, a pick-axe, etc. And just walk around single file. Maybe get on a bus, and then have everybody walk to the back, and get off.
