Stormtroopers Arrest Princess Leia on NYC Subway Car

Superpranksters Improv Everywhere turned the cold, sterile interior of a New York subway car into a hilarious re-enactment of this scene from Star Wars. Actors (including several writer/performers from College Humor) were spread out along three stops, entering the train at different times for maximum dramatic/comedic effect.

Interesting note: the book that Leia is reading, underneath the dummy cover, is actually Pranks, one of the greatest books about pranking ever published, and one of the primary inspirations for Improv Everywhere.

As funny as the stunt is, it probably still wouldn't crack the top ten list of weirdest things these passengers have seen on the Manhattan subway.
