On 09-01-10 at 1857 hours, police units were dispatched to AMC Theater ....in reference to an Indecent Exposure. Through investigation, it was learned that a black male was in theater #17 when he was seen masterbating by a nineteen year old female. The suspect left the theater prior to officers arrival. He was described as between the ages of 40-50, heavy set with glasses. He was wearing a brown shirt and black sweatpants with white stripes down the legs. Evidence was collected at the scene.
