Legally I can't be your buyer agent because my license is VA, but yes, I can interview MA agents and tell you which one isn't going to screw you and help you pick a house on a non-contract basis.

We actually for reals were thinking of looking at a place, but it was a foreclosure, so the listing agent called us the day before to cancel our appointment because it's been caught up in the moratorium and they have to go back and reclear the title. noobs.
