My Secret Santa package arrived this morning. I immediately saw the return address and was so excited to see it was from Straw! I wasn't the only one excited about it. As soon as the package came through the front door, the kids began a chorus of "Can we open it? Can we open it?" until I was driven nearly insane and had to grant their request.
Inside was a card with a personal message from Straw and lots o' wrapped gifts. Each gift had its own little message taped to it.
I squealed as I opened the first one. A necklace! I absolutely love necklaces. I collect them like some women collect shoes. This one came from an Etsy store opened to raise money for charity. The description reads: "Makes a perfect stocking stuffer for anyone who loves tea bagging." I LOVE tea bagging. It's not unusual for me to tea bag three to four times a day.
It has a little tea bag pendant. Adorable!
Next up was a box of chocolate cocktail creams. These may not last long. With my husband out of town, I will probably gobble them all up tonight after a long day of dealing with bickering children.
The chocolatey goodness continued with the next box:

The next gift was labeled "Survival Pack"
When my son saw the "Fix a bad haircut" box, he looked at me and said, "You could use that one right now." That brought tears to my eyes for a few seconds. That little Shakespeare is so much like me, it makes me proud.
I also got some soaps that smell good enough to eat:
And last, but certainly not least, I got some Christmas with Chuck Norris Paper Dolls. Well, they're not actually paper, they're magnetic, but you get the idea.
I can't wait to cut them out and play with them!
Thank you so much, Straw! Your generosity is overwhelming. I love everything.

Oops, I forgot to mention that the Survival Pack boxes contain gum. I just had one of the Supermodel Meals in a Box. Sadly, it didn't make me look like a Supermodel. I probably shouldn't have eaten one of the oreos with it.

Yay! I figured there might be little eyes watching, so I kept it clean. Hopefully they won't know about teabagging for another 1-2 years.
