We actually did this to my 1st Sergeants office/cubicle. We surrounded his desk with sandbags stacked up leaving gaps for machine gun slits, then lined the ceiling and draped the sandbags with camouflage netting. The only thing we didn't add was the grenade sump, because that would have entailed digging up the floor. He actually kept it that way for awhile and finally he made us take the sandbags that went above his desktop out of there, he kept the rest though.
A pretty imposing sight to see when you are called to the 1st Sergeants office.
I'm sure most of the supplies could be bought at an army surplus store for pretty cheap, in this case though, total cost to me, free, total cost to tax payers, millions, but what the hell.
