Co-worker goes on vacation.

Clean out his office. Put new hire guy in his old cubicle and tell him he is in the cubicle of the the guy he replaced. Tell him the last guy got fired for having porn on his hard drive.

Then, when co-worker returns from vacation, double prank. Let those two sort it out.
