Is there any way we can filter this list down to only those interested in personalized oral hygienics? For example, do you have data for those who have purchased personalized oral hygienics in the past, either for personal use or as corporate gifts? If not specifically oral hygienics, then maybe those more generally interested in exotic woods, like teakwood, bubinga, or swamp ash? I know it would cost extra for this additional filtering of the list, but it would also help me further qualify my leads.

Yes, I knew it was a long shot that you'd be able to refine your lists in such a way, but I had to ask. Thank you so much for your effort.
I am still genuinely interested in proceeding. I created an account on infymailing.com as you suggested. In addition, I've been doing some additional research on my end to figure out more practical ways to further qualify the list. I contacted the CCATM (Combined & Consolidated Association of Toothpick Manufacturers) and they shared some fantastic data with me. It turns out that men account for a whopping 87 percent of toothpick consumption. (Women consume only 8 percent.) In addition, toothpick usage peaks at the age of 36 - 55 yrs. (See attached.) For this reason, I believe the most qualified leads will be men between the ages of 36 - 55. Is it possible to trim your list in this way?
Though not as useful in refining the email list, I also discovered that--after dental hygiene--the second most popular use for toothpicks is cake doneness testing, followed by applying glue to things, and then stick crafts. (I was surprised to learn that hors d'hoeuvres only account for 4 percent of consumption.)
Mind you, you'd be crazy to use the toothpicks we produce for household tasks. The craftsmanship of the toothpicks we produce make them more for display and show rather than standard use. Who in their right mind would use a handcrafted, personalized bubinga toothpick to pick their teeth, am I right?

I may have already asked this, but is the infymailing.com system CAN-SPAM compliant? Is there an opt-out function?
And what metrics are provided to me? At the very least I'd need to measure open mail percentages and click rates. In addition, is there an email plug-in that could measure customer interest, based on either facial expression or change in heart rate? I know that sounds far-fetched, but I read something about such a technology. I think it was Popular Mechanics. But it may have been Jet. There are also technologies that provide retinal tracking, but I suspect you won't have that for another few months, so I'll forego it for now.
For all your hard work, would you be interested in receiving one of our toothpicks? They're really quite exquisite.

While your list pricing is excellent, I've decided to work with another company that is able to supply me with a more refined list. They were able to break out the list by sex, age, and exotic wood preferences. In addition, they have assured me that their list includes everyone who attended WoodCon in both 2009 and 2010. And they've offered to including the list from WoodCon 2011 in Salt Lake City in August at no extra charge. This will work perfectly with out site marketing as we'll have a booth at the show.
All that said, I will keep your contact info in my files. We're looking to expand beyond toothpicks and explore the market for wooden skewers and custom shims.
